Hello Fullerton Community!

My name is Joél Ruybalid, and I am excited to join you as the next Superintendent of Fullerton Public Schools.

I have 24 years of leadership experience in Nebraska education, including the last 16 years as Superintendent of Blue Hill Community Schools. Over the years, I’ve repeatedly seen that the heart of a great school district is its people. My philosophy is simple: leadership means serving others. Supporting our students, teachers, and staff motivates me. I believe the best results come from open, honest, and cooperative teamwork dedicated to student success.

My wife, Anita, and I are excited to join the Fullerton community. I look forward to building the connections that make our small town strong and to helping our schools stay welcoming and inclusive so every student can succeed.
